Editor in Chief

Nikki Hernandez has been on the Water Law Review since her first semester of law school. She grew up in Colorado Springs and developed an interest in the water on the front range, both through recreation and in her educational pursuits. Nikki was the co-Symposium Editor for the Volume 28 Water Law Review Annual Symposium: Partnerships in Water, and is excited to continue to learn about and highlight the various water issues of the West.
